SQUAD NEWS: Jack Samples Retained

We’re delighted to announce that Jack Samples has agreed to return to Quorn Football Club for the 2024/25 season.

Jack joined the Reds during the 2021/22 season, making 25 appearances that season, but became a virtual ever-present the following year, appearing 46 times as he helped the club to promotion through the inter-step playoffs. Samples appeared in just 19 games last season, playing various positions, and proving vital in late season playoff push. In total, Jack has played 90 games for Quorn, scoring seven times.

“It was a good season overall last year” noted Samples, continuing “on a personal note it was frustrating to get injured early on in the season, but was nice to come back and finish the year with the lads and make the playoffs. I’m excited to go again this season and hopefully go for promotion again this year and go one better.”
