NEWS | Farley Way Makes Step Four Grade

Quorn Football Club are delighted to announce that the Football Association, in conjunction with the Football Foundation, awarded a Grade Four certificate to Farley Way on the 21st of March this year.

Following promotion from step five, in a resounding playoff victory away to Great Wakering Rovers, last season, Quorn were given a deadline of the 31st of March 2024 to ensure that Farley Way met the requirements of step four, or face relegation.

Having previously played at the level, the ground was already close to achieving the required standard. However, there were a few small stumbling blocks that stood in the way, and, following a reinspection, the ground passed with flying colours.

Chairman Stuart Turner added that the club intends to undertake the minor works required to achieve step three compliance over the summer period.
