SQUAD NEWS: Paddy Webb Retained

We’re delighted to announce that Paddy Webb has agreed to return to Quorn Football Club for the 2024/25 season.

Paddy joined late in the 2021/22 season, making just one appearance for the Reds that year, but the following season Webb’s goals fired Quorn to promotion. In 2022/23 Paddy scored a phenomenal 41 times in 46 appearances, following that up with 29 in 41 last season. In total, Webb has scored 70 times for the Reds in just 88 appearances.

“Last season was one of the most enjoyable I’ve been involved in” explained Webb “We dug deep to end up where we did, and that was down to the lads pushing each other right to the end. That sort of togetherness is something not all dressing rooms have. Bez was part of that squad and now he’s in charge, so I have no doubt this season will see the same standards.”
