SQUAD NEWS: Jamie Hood Departs

Quorn Football Club can confirm that central defender Jamie Hood has left Farley Way.

Jamie joined the club in January 2024, making his debut in the 1-0 win at home to Cambridge City. That match, and Hood’s influence at the back, sparked a run of just one defeat in 12, as The Reds mounted a second half charge that propelled them into the playoffs. In all Jamie made seventeen appearances for Quorn.

Hood has been announced as Player/Manager of Coventry United, taking over at the Butts Park Arena. United are currently in the United Counties League Premier Division South. Everyone at Quorn would like to thank Jamie for his time with the Club, and wish him all the best for the future.
